Annual Service Agreements
Below is a list of our available Annual Service Agreement Maintenance Programs and Options.
Service agreements were created to provide our customers special offerings (discounts, visit summaries & prescheduled appointments.) We send out our Annual Service Agreements at the end of every year. If you prefer, you have the option to schedule your own visits and pay the regular rate per service. Electing a maintenance plan help us monitor your irrigation system not only thoroughly but keeps your landscape looking beautiful.
Annual System Monitoring Maintenance Programs
The ELITE PLAN
8 visits per year*:

6 System Monitorings
System Winterization
A dedicated technician is assigned to manage and make repairs to your property to ensure a healthy landscape. As a courtesy, you will receive a list of scheduled appointments for the year, along with a service visit summary via email after each visit. This program has been proven to reduce costly water bills.
The SUPREME PLAN
5 Visits per year*:

3 System Monitorings
System Winterization
This plan allows us to better manage your irrigation system. As a courtesy, you will receive a list of scheduled appointments for the year, along with a service visit summary via email after each visit. This is our most popular plan!
The STANDARD PLAN
3 visits per year*:

1 System Monitorings
System Winterization
Turn-On, Mid-Summer & Winterize, which are all crucial to irrigation systems. As a courtesy, you will receive a list of your scheduled appointments for the year, along with a service visit summary from your Mid-Summer Service via email.
The Basic PLAN
2 visits per year*:

System Winterization
Turn-On and Winterize, which are all crucial to irrigation systems. This plan requires a 2 year minimum agreement.

A Backflow Safety Check
This prevents system failure and potential drinking water contamination. The technician will cleanse the reservoir, check gaskets and assemble bonnets. This service is recommended at the minimum of every 3 years.
The Hunter Wireless Rain Sensor
This money saving piece of equipment automatically shuts your system off during rainy weather. With many cities/towns billing incrementally, installing a rain sensor can save you thousands of gallons of outdoor water each year, which will dramatically reduce your water bill. Price quoted includes installation.
NEW Hunter Web-Based Controller
Program your controller from your Smartphone or iOS device with this controller that auto adjusts according to weather, and sends you weather alerts via text or email. Price quoted is for controller up to 6 zones and includes 1hr of installation labor. For larger systems, please contact office for quote.
*TERMS AND CONDITIONS: Services include first man-hour of labor (2 men at 30 minutes each). All visits (except winterization) include system walk through, reprogramming of controller and repairs. Damaged components are charged separately.
